MARRIAGE RECORD.

Probate Court, Highland County, Ohio. No. 6644 MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION.

To the Honorable Judge of the Probate Court of said County:

In the matter of Robert L. Boulware and Cora L. Hoyt

The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage License for said parties, and upon oath states: that said Robert L. Boulware is 27 years of age, on the 22 day of July 1903, his residence is Hillsboro, Ohio, his place of birth is Williamsburg, Ohio, his occupation is Shipping Clerk, his father's name is Lester F. Boulware, his mother's maiden name was Judith P. Blair; that he was not previously married      , and that he has no wife living.

That said Cora L. Hoyt is 26 years of age on the 2nd day of Dec. 1903, her residence is Hillsboro Highland County, Ohio, her place of birth is Hillsboro, Ohio, her occupation is School teaching, her father's name is William Hoyt, her mother's maiden name was Sarah E. Keeler that she was not previously married      , and is not a widow or divorced woman, her married name being      ; that she has no husband living.

That neither of said parties is an habitual drunkard, epileptic, imbecile or insane, and is not under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or narcotic drug. Said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins, and there is no legal impediment to their marriage. It is expected that W. A. Deaton is to solemnize the marriage of said parties.
