MARRIAGE RECORD.

Probate Court, Morrow County, Ohio. No. 969 MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION.

To the Honorable Judge of the Probate Court of said County:

In the matter of Gerard B. Robinson and Cleo V. Peck

The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage License for said parties, and upon oath states: that said Gerard B. Robinson is 25 years of age on the 6 day of Sept. 1923 his residence is Mt. Gilead, O. his place of birth is Indianapolis, Ind. his occupation is Student his father's name is W. B. Robinson his mother's maiden name was Anna F. Hoyt that he was not previously married       and that he has no wife living.

That said Cleo V. Peck is 25 years of age on the 18 day of Aug. 1923 her residence is Cardington Morrow County, O. her place of birth is Cardington, O. her occupation is Student her father's name is V. W. Peck her mother's maiden name was Bessie Talmage that she was not previously married       and is --- a widow or divorced woman, her married name being --- that she has no husband living.

That neither of said parties is an habitual drunkard, epileptic, imbecile or insane, and is not under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or narcotic drug. Said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins, and there is no legal impediment to their marriage. It is expected that Rev. McMeekin is to solemnize the marriage of said parties.

Sworn to before me and signed in my presence, this 1 day of Sept 1923 Gerard B. Robinson Cleo Virginia Peck Ethel Elder Probate Judge. By       Deputy Clerk.

Marriage License was this day granted to Gerard B. Robinson and Cleo V. Peck Ethel Elder Probate Judge.

I do certify, That on the 12th day of September A. D. 1923, I solemnized the Marriage of Mr. Gerard B. Robinson with Miss Cleo V. Peck C. R. McMeekin Minister
