The State of Ohio, Fayette County Probate Court.

Personally appeared before the Judge of said Court,            who being duly       deposeth and saith, that he is more than twenty-one years of age; that           is more than eighteen years of age; that they are both unmarried; not nearer of kin than first cousins; and that she is a resident of said county.

Subscribed and       to, before me, this       day of       18            Probate Judge.

State of Ohio, Fayette County, SS.

I do hereby certify that John J. Myers and Mary A. McCafferty were joined in marriage by me, on the 20th day of Nov 1866
