MOUNTAIN DEPARTMENT
HEAD-QUARTERS ARMY IN THE FIELD
Camp at Petersburg, May 10, 1862
GENERAL ORDERS,
NO. 2
I. The 60th Ohio and 8th Virginia Regiments of Volunteer Infantry will constitute a Brigade, of which Colonel Gustave Cluseret will assume command.
II. The respective Commander of the above named Regiments will report to Colonel Cluseret in person for orders.
