Lawrence McKendrick Idleman having made application for a LICENSE for John W. Myers and Etta C. Hoyt and being duly sworn, says that John W. Myers is       of the age of 21 years & past and has no wife living; and that Etta C. Hoyt is       of the age of 18 years & past a resident of said county, and has no husband living, and that said parties are not nearer kin than second cousins, and that there is no legal impediment to their marriage.
