Be it known by these presents, that John W. Myers, has satisfactorily completed the course of study prescribed in the HIGH SCHOOL department of these schools, that he maintained a good character and made such attainments in Literature and Science as entitle him to this DIPLOMA, the highest honor which the Board of Education has the power to confer.
In Testimony Whereof the President and Secretary of the Board, and the Superintendent of Instruction have hereunto affixed their signatures.
