MARRIAGE RECORD.

Probate Court, Morrow County, Ohio. No. 308 MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION.

To the Honorable Judge of the Probate Court of said County:

In the matter of Ruth Adell Robinson and George Parr Ayers

{Her middle name is misspelled "Adell" in the form but correctly spelled "Adele" in her signature, and the location of the names on the form results in incorrect gender references.}

The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage License for said parties, and upon oath states: that said Ruth Adell Robinson is 25 years of age on the 1 day of Dec. 1928 his residence is Mt. Gilead his place of birth is Indianapolis his occupation is teacher his father's name is W. B. Robinson his mother's maiden name was Anna Hoyt that he was not previously married       and that he has no wife living.

That said George Parr Ayers is 24 years of age on the 3 day of June 1929 her residence is Mt. Vernon Morrow County, O. her place of birth is Mt. Vernon her occupation is Bond Salesman her father's name is Chas. Ayers her mother's maiden name was Alice Parr that she was not previously married       and is not a widow or divorced woman, her married name being       that she has no husband living.

That neither of said parties is an habitual drunkard, epileptic, imbecile or insane, and is not under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or narcotic drug. Said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins, and there is no legal impediment to their marriage. It is expected that E. W. is to solemnize the marriage of said parties.

I do certify, That on the 19th day of October A. D. 1929, I solemnized the Marriage of Mr. George Parr Ayers with Miss Ruth Adele Robinson E. W. Halpenny M. E. Minister Lansing Mich.
